Old Web Site Archives
Contents
I've noticed sites disappear from the internet without warning. For most, their absence will not be noticed, but some are useful, amusing, interesting, and/or relevant.
A year ago, I commented on the ongoing loss of agnostic sites in A Ramble Around Domain Names. I think it may be possible that this kind of archive will help stem the loss. Provided of course, that such sites are brought to my attention while the content can still be salvaged.
This area of the web site will be a collection of sites which have been abandoned or lost by their original owners, but which may have at least a passing interest for Apathetic Agnostics.
Recommendations for additions are welcome - particularly if they don't require a great deal of effort on my part to put in place. (and unfortunately recovery from archive.org requires a great deal of effort to remove their added code.)
Sites added
- Apathyology: not caring about the things we shouldn't, and caring about the things we should
- Agnostic Church: The home of the "Agnostic Bible"
- Archived Rationally Speaking: an archive of Massimo Pigliucci's articles published on this site 2000-2005 (a little outside the terms of reference for this area, but as there are no updates nor maintenance expected for this section, it seems appropriate to relocate it here from the main essays section.)
