It was with great sadness that I greeted the news this morning of George Carlin's death yesterday (June 22) at age 71. He made me laugh, often to the point of tears, through the years, but more importantly he was a warrior in the fight against politicians, the status quo, and organized religion. This evening I watched some of his great standup routines on YouTube and highly recommend that all UCTAA members go there and watch his "Religion is Bullshit" monologue. In a little more than ten minutes he brilliantly lampoons religion and shows it for what it really is. Go gentle into that good night, George...I will miss you.
