Once again... Creationists knowingly lie

Ken Ham of Kentucky's so-called Creation Museum has obtained a dinosaur fossil which he intends to use to "prove" the biblical flood story.
"Evolutionists use dinosaurs to reach children more than anything to promote their worldview. Our museum uses dinosaurs to help tell their true history according to the Bible."
And he's able to tell that "true history" because this particular dinosaur fossil is supposedly only about 4500 years old.
And how does Ken Ham know the fossil is only around 4500 years old?
Because the guy that donated it through his family foundation says so.
"One blessing in getting the allosaur was that the Creation Museum did not seek it out. Michael Peroutka, one of the board members of the Foundation, says that this fossil is a testimony to the creative power of God and also lends evidence to the truth of a worldwide catastrophic flooding of the earth about 4,500 years ago as described in the Bible. In order to ensure that the display of the fossil represented this teaching, the Peroutka Foundation donated the fossil to the Creation Museum."
There you have it. Michael Peroutka says so, based on absolutely nothing but bald assertion.
For Ken Ham to display this fossil as proof of the biblical flood means in my opinion that Ken Ham is a knowing liar. And also, in my view, so is Michael Peroutka.
I've said it before on this site, and I'll probably have cause to say it again: In my view, the main pushers of creationism are knowing liars, lying because they feel ordinary Christians cannot handle the truth of a universe billions of years old and still retain their faith.
Have your say...
