People ought not have to have religion;
As a part of a friendship decision.
Sometimes, good people can be good to each other;
Disregarding the word that God considers us sisters and brothers.
It is best to keep religious views from being a part of being friends;
For, often a religious debate can make that friendship come to an end.
To me, God has always been a subject of confusion;
Of whether He is or is not a delusion.
I really don't know what to believe;
Because the non-existence of heaven would make me grieve;
For, the loved ones I've lost in my years;
Which have driven me to many tears.
